Whether you are familiar with chartering on a Private Yacht or you are approaching the world of Luxury Charter for the first time, the following 7 steps will help you to better design your holiday.
You will be first introduced to your Charter Broker. Together, you will plan your dream vacation on a Luxury Private Yacht.
As well as for private charters, your personal broker will also be pleased to assist you planning your special corporate event.
How to plan your charter holiday in 7 steps

LISTENING TO OUR GUESTS
Learning what you expect from your vacation on board, is the first step of your Charter experience. Before welcoming you on board, we will get familiar with your Family, Children and Guest preferences and whishlist. This will help us on making your vacation exceptional.
YACHT SELECTION

The number of your Family members and of the Guests travelling with you, the time you would like to start your cruise and your ideal budget range, are essential informations. Once we have acquired these information, we will address you to the most appropriate Yachts selection. As we personally know our yachts Crew members, we are able to combine your needs with the most suitable skills of the Staff on board, accomplishing all your expectations.

CREATING THE ITINERARY
No matter if you will join our Yachts for a daily cruise or a multiple days charter experience. Choosing the right itinerary and your favourite destinations, are important parts of the process which will make your trip unforgettable. One of our Broker will liaise with the Captain and, with his support, will create with you the perfect itinerary. As itineraries are subject to the weather conditions, they can change for safety reasons.
DESIGNING YOUR MENU

On-board meals, must accomplish every single guest's needs. Children preferences, food intolerances and allergies, religious meals, international cuisine, vegetarian or vegan meals are some of the specific requests our Chefs are asked to meet. Together we can design in advance your daily menu according to your taste and preferences. This will definitely make your stay on board easy and pleasant.

BOOK YOUR ACTIVITIES
Wether you are seeking to dive in the turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast - Sardinia (Costa Smeralda), or snorkel along Corsica's islands of Lavezzi and Cavallo, or you wish flying 10 meters in height or maybe riding powerful waverunners, or simply approaching your favourite water sport for the first time, it is strictly recommended to book it at least 24/36 hours before your charter starts. Our Broker will be pleased to introduce you all the water sports choices available.
PROVISIONING

Once your Broker has collected all Guests's special requests, such as food and beverage preferences, children's needs or any other specific extra, he will liaise with our partner-suppliers and all the products will be delivered to your Crew prior to your arrival on board.

ENDING
Once you have chosen your yacht, sign the charter agreement and finalize your reservation.
